2. Service Limitations

Agronomic recommendations are provided based on telemetry data. While we strive for accuracy, Verdant Yields does not guarantee specific crop yields due to external factors such as weather, pests, and pre-existing soil degradation.

3. Hardware Liability

Clients are responsible for preventing physical damage to lysimeters and canopy sensors deployed on their property by farm machinery.
